Trinchero Family Estates (TFE) is pleased to announce the hiring of Randy Hecklinski as Vice President of Sales, National Retail Development. Randy joined Trinchero on May 30th, and was most recently with Constellation as a Vice President of Sales for the Southeast Region.
Randy has extensive experience as a sales leader and in managing critical distributor and customer relationships across the country. Prior to his 8 years with Constellation he was with Pernod Ricard, as well as Allied Domecq.
With ongoing retailer and wholesaler consolidation across the US, Randy will be focused on setting the national retail strategy for TFE as the industry continues to evolve. Trinchero Family Estates has invested significantly in its sales organization in the last couple of years, complementing its strategy of innovation with new brands and packaging, and investment in its wineries and facilities throughout California and beyond.
