Jeff Hill likely to escape punishment for major wine scam

Jeffry Hill is the mastermind of one of the largest wine and grape fraud cases to hit Napa Valley but is unlikely ever to face any punishment for his key according to multiple sources at the TTB who have previously expressed their frustration in communications to Wine Industry Insight.
