Bryant Family Vineyards court adversaries make an issue out of court coverage by Wine Industry Insight

The attorney for Lauren Ridenhour, the financial consultant who claims that Bryant Family Vineyards wrongly terminated her services, has filed a letter with the San Francisco U.S. District Court alleging that Wine Industry Insight’s articles are evidence that Bryant Family Winery’s attorneys are engaged in a  Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation (SLAPP).

Bryant Family Winery’s attorneys representing CEO Bettina Sulser Bryant have asked that the letter be removed from the public record on procedural grounds.
