Bryant Family Vineyards loses in last-ditch effort to keep consultant case in Calif; NY move to dismiss case due any day now

Despite Bryant Family Vineyards CEO Bettina Sulser Bryant’s last ditch legal ploy to keep consultant Lauren Ridenhour’s case in California, U.S. District Court Judge Edward M. Chen on Nov. 6, denied the Bryant desperation effort and formally transferred the case to New York where it faces an uncertain future.

The Bryant Trust has requested that Ridenhour’s lawsuit against it be dismissed.

A decision is expected very soon.
