O’Neill Vintners and Distillers (O’NEILL), and Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits (SGWS) have settled a lawsuit in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, over O’Neill’s efforts to terminate distribution agreements with SGWS units in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Iowa, and Indiana.
