Scheid Family Wines Announces New Hire Tim Wera, National Chain Account Manager

NEWS RELEASE

 

MONTEREY,CA, JULY 30, 2020 – Scheid Family Wines is pleased to welcome Tim Wera as a National Account Manager on its Chain Team. Reporting to John Holder, VP of Sales, Wera is responsible for managing the Kroger, Target, Meijer, Spartan Nash, and U.S. Commissary chain accounts within the Scheid Family Wines national retail portfolio.

 

Wera joins the Scheid team with more than 16 years of experience in consumer packaged goods sales and marketing. For the past eight years he worked with Kroger to manage its Adult Beverage Exclusive Brand portfolio for wine, beer and spirits. Prior to this position, Wera worked for The Dannon Company and Coca-Cola Enterprises.

Wera received a BA from University of Michigan where he was a member of the varsity swim team and an MBA from Xavier University. Wera is a proud Eagle Scout and resides in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky across the river from Cincinnati, Ohio.
