Chai Consulting Appoints Sarah Trubnick as Wine and Spirits Director

San Francisco: 29 September 2020 – We are delighted to announce Sarah Trubnick has joined the Chai Consulting team as Wine and Spirits Director.

 

Sarah founded the acclaimed San Francisco restaurant The Barrel Room and was responsible for their multi-award-winning wine lists. She trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, after which she gained sommelier and retail experience in New York City, and vintage experience in Bordeaux, Italy, and Australia.

 

Sarah will be responsible for working with collectors, restaurants and other organisations who look to Chai Consulting’s renowned expertise in building, managing and inspecting collections, providing white glove service to clients in the US and internationally.

 

Sarah said, “I am delighted to be working with Maureen Downey and the renowned Chai Consulting team and look forward to using my skills to develop the business further.”
