Beverage Experts Share Industry Trends and Takeaways for 2021

 

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (January 26th, 2021, NEW YORK, NY)—Business leaders from all sectors of the beverage industry will share projections and best practices for off-premises services, diversity and inclusivity and other key issues impacting the hospitality space in a webinar on February 8th.

 

“The Next Big Sip,” presented by Les Dames d’Escoffier New York (LDNY), will feature five wine and spirits experts who will explore a host of critical issues and opportunities that have emerged during the pandemic, and will discuss takeaways for 2021. The second annual webinar will take place at 5pm (EST) on Zoom.

 

Topics include sustainability and natural wine; the launch of Prosecco Rosé and hard seltzer; the growth of bourbon and other spirits, and of Rosé wine as a year-round beverage. Other subjects include virtual tastings, and the creation of wine clubs and other communities to engage audiences. In addition, sommeliers, restaurateurs and other beverage professionals will share their stories about weathering the pandemic in 2020 and how they have pivoted to new business models and practices.
