2017 Anselmo Mendes Pardusco (Vinho Verde, Portugal)

 

Ruby red in color….lots of spiciness on the nose….tart red berries with some slate and spice on the finish.

 

Interesting, though I think I’d enjoy it even more if it were a teeny bit cooler.
