2020 Troon Vineyard Vermentino (Applegate Valley, Oregon)

 

Lovely floral nose….crisp citrus and maybe just a hint of peach.

 

Fermented in neutral French oak barrels and kept on the lees for 5 months.

 

Certified biodynamic.
