International Wine Associates (IWA) assists sale of Lewis Cellars to Justin Vineyards

Healdsburg, California – September 7, 2021 – Robert Nicholson announced that International Wine Associates (IWA) represented Lewis Cellars in the sale to Justin Vineyards.

 

“We are pleased to have worked with Randy Lewis and Dennis Bell on the sale of their well-known Napa Valley winery to Stewart and Lynda Resnick, owners of Justin Vineyards.” said Robert Nicholson. “Following on from IWA’s representation of Louis Roederer in their acquisition of Diamond Creek, our sale of Flora Springs Komes Ranch to Chateau Smith-Haut-Lafitte, the sale of Burgess Cellars to Heitz and the Wildwood Vineyard sale to Gaylon Lawrence we are excited to have now completed five landmark Napa Valley transactions in the last 24 months for a combined value of over $200 million. We continue to seek out partners throughout the world to work with prominent wine estates that IWA represents in California, Oregon and Washington.”
