2020 Troon Vineyard Syrah, Applegate Valley, Oregon

This wine is gorgeous! Love the nice balance of oak and fruit on the nose….the fruit presents itself well on the front and mid-palate, which lead into a peppery spiciness on the finish.

 

Great acidity—-a nice food-pairing wine, though honestly, I’m having no problem enjoying this on its own (because that’s my bag, baby)!

 

This wine retails for $40, and I received this bottle as a sample from the winery. -B
