Maniar To Sell SF Home To Help Fund Diamond Oaks ReOrg Plan

Dinesh Maniar, whose wine and race-horse empire went into Chapter 11 last fall, has agreed to sell his San Francisco home in order to provide $1.8 million in funding for the Diamond Oaks Vineyards (DOV) reorganization plan. Court documents indicate that the money is a sweetener to convince secured creditors to approve the plan.
