Fresno 2011 Microbiology Symposium accepting registrations

The International Wine Microbiology Symposium is now accepting registrations for the second International Wine Microbiology Symposium, that will be held at the Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite on March 29-30, 2011.

This event is being presented by the California State University, Fresno’s Viticulture and Enology Program, with industry support. Presenters from more than five continents will participate.
