Pinotgate Litigation Update: Constellation Moves To U.S Court, Gallo Stays In State

The litigation charging Constellation Brands with fraud and other counts in connection with allegedly mislabeled Pinot Noir has been moved to a federal court.

A nearly identical lawsuit filed against E & J Gallo will remain in Los Angeles Superior Court.
