Conti Bankruptcy: Key Hearing April 27 On Use of Bank & Grower Cash Collateral

Robert Luciano, the Chapter 11 Trustee appointed by the Court in the Conti Estate/Charles B. Mitchell bankruptcy needs $20,000 in cash for payment of operating expenses for the winery through the first week in May. After that, he will need another $32,000 per month ongoing.

In his bankruptcy court filing , Luciano said the money would need to come out of the cash collateral held by creditors with secured debts.
