Metro Premium Wines Sues Bogle, Winebow

Metro Premium Wines has sued Bogle Vineyards and Winebow, charging them with ten counts including breach of contract, fraud, and conspiracy. The lawsuit, originally filed in Cook County (Chicago) Circuit Court, has been transferred to federal court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.
