Marsupial Melee Ends: Casella & Wine Group Shake Hands, Move On

Yellow Tail maker Casella Wines and The Wine Group have reached a confidential agreement in their 10-month marsupial melee. At the two parties request, New York Federal District Court Judge Richard M. Berman dismissed the case on Wednesday.

Casella Wines Ltd. charged that Wine Group’s Little Roo and Kanga Reserve violated the Yellow tail trademark. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
