Niner Wine Estates Buys San Luis Obispo’s Jespersen Ranch

Greenwich, CT residents Pam and Dick Niner, owners of Niner Wine Estates in Paso Robles, have bought the 112-acre Jespersen Ranch located just south of the San Luis Obispo city limits. They paid $[premium subscriber content] — less than half of the asking price. The winery had been listed since 2005.

This makes the third Central Coast acquisition by the Niners who also own Bootjack Ranch and Heart Hill Vineyard, both in the Paso Robles area.
