Pahlmeyer/Bear Sterns Case Transferred From NY To California

The Bear Sterns breach of contract suit against the Demeter Group and Pahlmeyer Vineyards [$VIP] has been transferred from New York Federal District Court to the Northern District of California.

The case has been closed on the docket in New York, but not yet re-opened in California.
