New Custom Crush for Lodi Wine District

Wines & Vines has reported (New Custom Crush for Lodi Wine District) that a new custom-crush facility has opened in downtown Lodi.

“Lodi, Calif.–The doors recently opened on downtown Lodi’s first working winery, and now a custom-crush facility is about to open for small- to medium-scale winemaking.

The new facility is called Estate Crush, and it is designed to offer custom crush, crush-to-bottle and estate private barrel services. Customers will likely include local growers looking to expand into winemaking, virtual wineries and even growers just interested in making some demnstration wines to show off their crops.”
