Foreclosure Sale Set For Diamond Oaks’ Calistoga Vineyard

A 17.17-acre Calistoga vineyard owned by Diamond Oaks Vineyards, Inc., has been foreclosed on by its lender and scheduled for a trustee sale May 24. The sale constitutes one of the final bankruptcy acts for Dinesh Maniar, whose wine and race-horse empire filed Chapter 11 on Sept. 14, 2009.
