Three Michigan distributors have sued The Wine Group (TWG) over a major dispute that hinges on whether or not Glen Ellen is still a wine brand.

According to court documents, the distributors all had contracts with TWG to sell Glen Ellen wines in their exclusive areas, but that the wines are no longer being supplied to them, and that identical wines are now being sold by competing distributors.
