Ram’s Gate Sues Former Broker/Attorney Over Roche Winery Acquisition

Ram’s Gate Winery and its former real estate agent/attorney Lester F. Hardy of St. Helena are slated to square in court off over allegations that Hardy failed to disclose previously documented earthquake issues at the former Roche Winery which Ram’s Gate acquired in December 2006.
