Ste. Michelle Wine Estates Sues Wirtz Beverages

Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE) Ltd has sued its former distributor. Wirtz had not filed a response at press time.

Oddly enough, the SMWE’s complaint and other court documents including the court docket were dated Dec. 7, 2012 but were available before noon (PST) on Dec. 6.

SMWE included bills of lading, copies of agreements and contracts as exhibits to their complaint.
