Duckhorn Trademark Lawsuits: One New, Another Quashed

The Duckhorn Wine Company has filed lawsuits against two wineries — one in New York and another in Napa County — alleging violations of its trademarks. One suit has been quashed by the court and the other set for a hearing in June.
