Yountville’s Nuisance Vineyard: The Court Documents

Our July 23 issue of News Fetch linked to an article about the Napa County Ag Commissioner’s lawsuit against an unkempt vineyard in Yountville.

In its lawsuit, the Ag Commissioner said the owners must clean up the vineyard because is a potential reservoir for pests including the European Grapevine Moth. See,  “County takes ‘public nuisance’ vineyard to court” for a very thorough reporting job.

We’ve had a number of requests for access to the actual court documents, so we went to Napa Superior Court, located the documents, paid the county $0.50 per page to print them out, then took them back, re-scanned them.

Ad a result, the relevant court filings may be accessed at this link — Yountville Nuisance Vineyard Court Documents — by our premium Wine Executive News subscribers.
