Copperford/Olde Lockford Heads Toward The End

A Notice of Trustee’s Sale, filed with San Joaquin County, has set an auction sale for Copperford LLC’s real estate — including the Olde Lockeford Winery — at 12470 Locke Rd., Lockeford.

The sale, on behalf of lienholder J. W. Scott, is scheduled for 11 a.m., Sept. 24 at the San Joaquin County Courthouse. The amount owed to Scott, according to the notice, is estimated to be at least $1.6 million

Foreclosure threats by Scott forced Copperford LLC into bankruptcy on Nov. 4, 2008.
