Wine Institute’s Dereliction Of Duty On Prop 65 Settlement

It’s a disgrace that a complete, useful statement on this issue was not made available by any wine industry organization.

It illustrates the abject failure — especially for the Wine Institute which touts itself as the nation’s top wine trade organization– to leave wine producers scrambling to try and determine the complete set of facts and decide on a course of action.

Shame on you. This is inexcusable and an abject failure to live up to your responsibilities.
