The Napa Valley Register reported this morning that Joshua Krummenoehl, 41, of Brooklyn, New York, will spend 18 months in jail followed by 22 months of probation.
Since then, lawsuit after lawsuit has plagued the company even after new management stepped in to try and clean things up:
