Restauranteur/vintner Pat Kuleto sells 602-acre Sage Canyon Ranch vineyard

Restaurant entrepreneur and vintner Pat Kuleto has sold his Sage Canyon Ranch vineyard for $8.25 million, according to  realtor Lisa Sheppard who handled the sale along with Todd Sheppard and Jeff Bounsall.

The 602-acre property is located between Howell Mountain and Pritchard Hill in Napa Valley, overlooking Lake Hennessey and includes a 60-acre Bordeaux style vineyard planted predominantly to Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel and Syrah. Sheppard said the property also has three premium building sites, three income-producing dwellings and a possible future winery site.
