Wine Industry Insight has learned that the facility will be the home of the AuburnJames Winery brand. That wine brand is currently owned, and being produced by, a custom crush facility in Livermore.m(NOTE: AuburnJames is spelled as one word on their web site)

 
Realtor Robyn Bentley of Wine Country Consultants represented the buyers. Maher Advisors advised the sellers.
