Yao Family Wines Buys Bello’s Former St. Helena Tasting Room

A real estate LLC associated with Yao Family Wines has purchased the former Bello Family Vineyards tasting room property at 929 Main St., St. Helena — directly across the street from the now-shuttered Tra Vigne.

The property had been among a vast number of assets entangled  in the bankruptcy proceedings of family patriarch Michael Ru Bello’s Southern California construction company, Wall Design. See: Bello’s SoCal bankruptcy causes waves in wine country for more details.
