Treasury, Ste. Michelle quietly settle “Dueling Stags” legal spat

Treasury Wine Estates and Chateau Ste. Michelle have quietly settled their “Dueling Stags” legal spat.

 

The settlement was filed May 25. No details have been made public and both parties have agreed to pay their own attorney’s fees.
