Sullivan Vineyards must be sold, cannot be reorganized says Bankruptcy Trustee. Family pushes back.

Sullivan Vineyards cannot be managed out of bankruptcy and should be sold in an orderly manner according to the court-appointed trustee Timothy Hoffman who says he has retained  “Napa Valley’s best” wine broker. The Sullivan family has disagreed with that conclusion and has filed a fourth Chapter 11 plan and disclosure statement.
