WII article prompts Triumph Wine Group to amend SEC filings & web site, but lacks vital state permit to legally make wine

This article is a follow up to: Triumph Wine Group Crowdfunded Financial Offering Marred by Inadequate Disclosure, Misleading Language, Flawed Business Plan

Wine Industry Insight’s Jan. 15 article has prompted Triumph Wine Group to quickly amend its Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings and FlashFunders web site.

However, an offering statement in English still is not easy to find on that site, and many statements remain incomplete, unverified, or misleading. What’s more, TWG lacks a key state permit without which crushing grapes to make wine would be illegal.
