eSkye Solutions — acquired by iControl (iControl Data Solutions) in 2017 — has moved into the #4 position as a result of new information received by Wine Executive News.

 

eSkye offers an Electronic Exchange Solution (EES) for Beer, Wine and Spirits distributors and retailers to synchronize product data, pricing and promotional activity.

 

This continuing series (scroll down for links) has brought forward an increasing stream of new information from people in positions to know about deals.

 

While transparency in wine venture funding is nowhere near that in technology, recognition is increasing that readily available information increases confidence, and the likelihood of investment in the sector.
