What Message Is Your Old Blog/Site Sending?

Aging, derelict web sites most often mean that the owner doesn’t have the resources to keep it up to date, doesn’t care, or both.

Those communicate a company under stress.

In addition, note the way the site displays on my MacBookPro: all jammed up.

That’s because the underlying HTML code expects the site to be displayed on a large monitor.

Bad user interface! Bad! Bad!

Yes, I do have a large monitor that I use with the MacBookPro about half the time. But the poor site design means that anyone viewing the site on a laptop is going to get crap.

Hopefully, the new owners will put this on their to-do list.
