What percent of the funds that Wine Spectator Scholarship Foundation raises actually gets donated?

The Wine Spectator Scholarship Foundation is funded primarily by the Wine Spectator’s Wine Experience event. In 2012, the Foundation was able to make 5% of funds raised available for scholarships and grants. That percentage rose in 2014.
